Peace and quiet.
The upkeep of the rooms.

Even though I enjoy staying at the hotel, the upkeep of my room was very poor. If I am to take out the trash it should be in my contract. I could vacuum the rug, but I don't have a vacuum. He lounge chair is very dirty. Spots all over it and the side of it should be vacuumed and cleaned. The towels have not been changed and the coffee pot is broken. If I was the manager here, there would be a daily check list. I do like the internet system, it has work quite well for me. I would come back but hopefully to a cleaner room. ...read more

I really liked the staff. Not only are they professional but informative. The staff was also very helpful within there means.
I did not like sleeping in a room that had a broken toilet that ran for over 24 hours before they moved me to another room.

Inconvenience. I lost a lot of sleep and almost did not make my appointment. The equipment should but check often. At this time the coffee pot does not work so I have to go and spend 2.00 every day for coffee. My room should be checked for trash at least every other day so as the room will not smell. To have the room vacuumed also would be nice. It is nice to have a grocery store right across the street to buy groceries when you are on a budget. ...read more

it's located kind of off the beaten path and quiet from highway noise.

Good for the money, clean and quiet.

It was quiet and comfortable. Convenient location.
The TVs were too small.

Everything was fine.

Smelled kind of funny, long term residents.

Hotel was OK, did have a problem with bed bugs in the room but that could happen anywhere. I was compensated quickly and treated well after problem. Was nice to have fridge for breakfast for my daughter. Did not like the long term residents living there like it was an apartment. Seemed like some questionable people around but hotel was quiet- no loud parties or anything. ...read more

Outside of hotel was updated and looked nice. Looks were deceiving, though.
Only offered one bed. They charged an additional $20 for a second bed. The hotel smelled foul. Not very many people at the hotel. Lobby was small.

The staff was not accommodating at all with us needing two beds instead of one and wanted to charge us $20 for an upgraded room with double beds. The hotel was practically empty, so it wasn't because of unavailability of a double room. They did offer to give us blankets, so the children could sleep on the floor. They did not have any roll aways. ...read more

Location was good for my needs in the area.
The laundry facilities, especially the dryers need more in working order.

Excellent for someone needing to stay for a long term (4 or more) days. Very clean with a friendly staff. The entrance could be more plainly marked.

I pretty much got what I paid for. So it was okay, but I would have been horribly dissappointed to stay there and pay what they normaly charge.
